I collaborated with a Los Angeles-based housing company to host their grand opening event for a new social club for their tenants. In this role, I was responsible for creating custom dinner menus, organizing promotional materials including branded tote bags and signage, and managing guest invitations. Additionally, I pre-planned extensive social media content, handled live updates on the company’s Instagram story, and coordinated with the venue. On-site, I managed table setups with custom decorations, organized the seating chart, engaged with guests to ensure their satisfaction, and leveraged my expertise in social media and marketing to produce promotional content.
