I organized a branded section at The Endless Summer White Party, leading a team to manage an exclusive guest list, design and personally deliver gift boxes and invitations, and source additional staff, including a photographer and ambiance model. I collaborated closely with the event’s marketing division on content pre-planning. During the event, I provided on-site oversight, coordinating with the venue, maintaining table aesthetics, managing and tracking guests, filming and posting social media content, and directing the photographer to capture high-quality images. The objective was to effectively promote the company and its community through a successful and engaging event.
